Roles and Responsibilities:
Assess and protect company assets
• Manage all company special functions as per company’s standards i.e. timing, quality of food and equipments used etc
• Planning menus for the canteen, conferences, trade shows, banquets, corporate events and party
• Manage relationship between company and our clients
• Monitor compliance of health and safety guidelines
• Monitor staffs smartness and cleanness and their working conditions
• Check the quality of food and instruments used
• Ensure high standards of food quality from point of purchase to meal preparation and service.
• Evaluate the functions
• Liaise and attend meetings with our clients
• Make arrangements for catering and any necessary equipment
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost

Qualifications and Experience:
Maximum degree level of Business Administration/hotel management or related field
• Should have at least 3 years of experience
• Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili languages
• Financial and budgeting skills
• Age between 35-45 years
• Experience in catering industry is added advantage
Working Conditions
• This position requires work outside the office environment.
