CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a self motivated Client Account Manager. This candidate posses good command of written and spoken english, has keen attention to details, can work with minimal supervision and honest.
He will work along with other accountants in ensuring processing of day to day payments through bank transfers and cheques.
?Preparation of monthly payroll and ensure staff are paid on time.
Liaise with Suppliers, Customers, Bankers, Statutory Authorities, External Auditors for official matters as and when necessary.
Complying with the statutory requirements relating to VAT, PAYE, SDL, City Service Levy, WHT, NSSF/PPF.
Prepare and file Return of Income and Statement of Estimated Tax Payable.
Prepare and filing Annual Returns.
Supervise preparation of payment vouchers as per procedures and batch together for processing into accounting system.?
Supervise handling of Petty cash and ensure all petty cash vouchers are signed and filed numerically.
Assist with administration of customer accounts and give monthly reports
