Customer Service Executives X3
Accountabilities
• Ensure execution of operational Customer Service and all related processes – mainly Order Management and handling of Pricing claims in SAP
• Deliver the targets of the Management Unit (MU) for the Customer Service related KPIs Service Level as well as PIs EDI quota, Orders processed on time and
Advantage survey results. Support delivering all other KPIs of Supply Chain as well as the overall MU.
• Lead a team of currently six employees. Continuously improve the team's employee engagement measured by Team voice.
• Continuously improve all Customer Service related processes of the MU and ensure implementation of international best practices
• Establish and manage portfolio of customer related Supply Chain projects
• Establish and maintain exchange with Customer Service Managers of other MUs as well as the related regional and corporate functions.
Minimum Requirements:
• University or similar degree –Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year work experience fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply– ideally in FMCG, ideally in Customer Services, Logistics and/or customer related
functions.
Skills
• PC/IT: Computer literate i.e. proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Knowledge of SAP (especially SD module) is of advantage
