FINANCIAL CONTROLLER AND CHIEF ACCOUNTANT AT MASS GLOBAL INVESTMENTS ZANZIBAR.
ROLES
We need a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated person to control our team to help ensure the smooth, efficient running of all of our existing projects.
The team work very closely together and this position reports directly to the Managing Director.
The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the existing projects and is pivotal in the co-ordination and implementation of office
values.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.
• responsible for ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented
• responsible for establishing and executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures
• responsible for all banking and finance activities. This includes negotiating lines of credit and vendor agreements, as well as reviewing all financial
contracts, financing agreements and insurance policies
• must be skilled at in-depth financial analysis and providing expert financial perspective and opinions.
REQUIREMENTS.
• CPA or Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in the hospitality industry.
• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
• Good Accounting software skills particularly strong capabilities in QuickBooks and Tally
• Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
• Very Good Command of English Language with social and engaging skills with our foreign investor clients
