Job Description:
Technical Sales Engineer Profile: Engage with Maintenance clients, ensuring service delivery
objectives are met, providing feedback to line manager. Work on maintenance proposal, work with
new customers requiring maintenance services. Weekly and monthly reporting is a key deliverable.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 1 Year Experience in I.T. Industry in Techno-sales.
Degree or Advance diploma is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be excited and passionate about technology.
Consult with the Sales Team during client assessment, needs analysis and client meetings
Liaise with the sales department in preparation of appropriate pre-sales documentation to include a Statement of Work, Labor requirements, Project Proposals, Product/Service Cost/Pricing, RFP responses, Tender Documents etc.
Basic understanding of access control, databases, networking, operating systems, application
types, network security, and I.T. service delivery.
Quick learner, Inquisitive and investigative
Must submit a resume, transcript, and a letter of recommendation at the time of interview
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
Understanding of service desk and service delivery.
Team interactions & Soft Skills
Excellent Logical & analytical skills
Experience on servers installations & Set-up will be an added advantage.
