ASSISTANT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Tanzania International Container Terminal Services Limited (TICTS) is a member of Hutchison Port Holdings Group (HPH) of Hong Kong. Hutching Port Holdings (HPH ), a subsidiary of the multinational conglomerate CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (CK Hutchison), is the world's leading port investor, developer and operator. The HPH network of port operations comprises 319 berths in 52 ports, spanning 26 countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australia. Over the years, HPH has expanded internationally into the logistics, transportation related and hotel businesses.
These include cruise ship terminals, airport and hotel operations, distribution centres, rail services and ship repair facilities. In 2014 the HPH port network handled a combined throughput of 82.9 million TEU worldwide.
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified, motivated individuals to fill the following positions in our Engineering Department.
Assistant Electrical Engineer (1 Position)
Generally the candidate will be responsible for performing tasks requiring the application of standard electrical engineering techniques and procedures.
This includes standard design of electrical systems assisting lead engineers with various~ duties-and other duties as assigned.
This occupation has a level of education and skills to enable the candidate perform assigned tasks In accordance with TICTS working standards.
The following are the minimum requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Analytical skill
Computer Skills
Flexible
Ability to work underpressure
Highest level of integrity and ethics compliance
The applicant must have at least three (3) years of working experience in similar field
A detailed curriculum vitae with certified copies of certificates
