CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANANGER
Our client is a well established market leader in Printing and Packaging based in Dar es salaam. As a result of the continued growth and expansion of its business, a vacancy for Client Relationship Manager has arisen in the Marketing Department.
The client relationship Manager will report to the Director and be the contact between the clients and the company. The job involves consistently identifying, understanding and forecasting clients’ needs so as to provide innovative solutions to satisfy such needs. Internally, the job entails formulating strategies to keep up with emerging business trends, working in multi-disciplinary teams to collaborate in the research of current market trends, forecasting how they may affect clients, and designing pre-emptive relationship based responses and product innovations.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage the relationships with Key customers profitably.
• Analyze and determine the most crucial needs of key customers and address them to ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
• Formulate and implement a strategy to manage the key clients so as to achieve the set objectives.
• Interact and communicate with the clients on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.
• Effectively communicate with all departments internally to resolve any customer issues.
• Carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the key customers and their business trends.
Key competences and Skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Outstanding communication skills, and understanding of business trends
• Creative and critical thinking skills.
• Good business, presentation skills and organization skills.
• Good networking and a strong presence.
• Good negotiation and customer service skills.
• Good teamwork and
• High motivation, energy and discipline.
• and Computer literacy.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• A degree from a reputable institution.
• Either gender aged below 35 years can apply.
