EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPING
ON BEHALF OF WELLWORTH GROUP OF HOTELS & LODGES IN ZANZIBAR, ZANZIBAR BEACH RESORT IS LOOKING TO FILL THE BELOW POSITION
JOB TITLE- EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
SUMMARY:
The primary objective of the Executive Housekeeper will be to supervise/ manage/oversee the cleanness of the entire hotel, its premises gardens, and upkeep of the furniture, fixtures, Guest rooms, Public Areas and all areas of customer contact along with the Back Areas. The executive Housekeeper also ensures the proper presentation and requirement of flowers and foliage in the hotel in various departments is carefully attended to.
Areas under Supervision;
a. Linen Room
b. Laundry
c. House keeping control desk.
d. Public Areas.
e. Guests Rooms.
f. Banquet Halls
g. Restaurants
h. Sea food specialty restaurant.
i. Banquet halls.
j. Garden Area.
k. Lounge
l. Beach area
m. Staff lockers and Back Areas.
EDUCATIONAL
• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Effective training and coaching skills.
• Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
• Good guest relations and interpersonal skills.
• Details oriented and able to perform under pressure
