Job Title: Site Engineer- Civil Building (2 posts)
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
Certification: Must be registered with ERB
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing parts of construction projects
Overseeing building work
Undertaking surveys
Setting out sites and organizing facilities
Supervising contracted staff
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Providing technical advice problem solving
Ordering and negotiating the price of materials ensuring site safety
Personal attributes for all above positions
Time management efficiency
Fully computer literate
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A team management skills
High level of integrity
High level of interpersonal and organizational skills
Analytical skills
Numerical skills
Technical skills
The ability to work effectively under pressure with less supervision
Effective time management skills
Experience in fit-out will add value
Remuneration: An attractive package commensurate with the qualifications and relevant experience will be availed to the successful candidate
