To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the factory We Olivano Tanzania Limited have vacancy available; a successful candidate will be incharges of the factory. We specialize in Grains Processing, Packaging and selling.
Responsibilities:
Overall day-to-day responsibility; Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards. Candidate must be very good on Production, Packaging and Sales and Marketing. Successfully candidate will manage area of responsibility so as to meet financial objectives.
Special qualifications: Experience: Leadership experience in Grains (Nafaka) Factory, Computer literacy highly required.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Food and Nutrition or equivalent; Working experience minimum 2years from a very reputable organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven working experience in related field.
• Excellent record of factory management.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
• Communication and leadership skills.
• Highly self-determination
• Thinker, convincer with high business vice
• Management experience
• Must be presentable with great interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Must be presentable with great interpersonal skills
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

• Strong leadership skills with formal and friendly staff management
