Kasembe Insurance Agency is looking for an Individual with Insurance Market
Experience within Dar es salaam. Knowledge of Various Strategies for Acquring
customers will be an added bonus.
Job description
To look for Potential Market for Customers who need Insurance Packages
To Plan various Strategies for Achieving Goals and Targets.
To be ready to be on the move incase an Insurance Client needs to be reached any where in Dar es Salaam.
Have to be smart apperance wises and Brain wise.
Job Payment
Job Payment shall be on basis of Commissions. 5% shall be acquitted on Premium collected to the Individul of all Insurance business placed and an added Bonus for various Strategies shall be added to the Individual for satisfactory work.
Salary is applicable if the individual is able to meet the Insurance Targets
set. The Individual can choose Payment Basis either Salary or Commission Payment.
