Amani Children's Home (Centre for Street Children) has grown substantially over the past years. Because of this rapid growth, Amani now desires to free the Executive Director from much of the 'business management' of Amani's operations, so he will have more time to invest in strategy, programs, and development. We therefore are seeking a talented, high-performing, mature and self-driven Deputy to the Executive Director / COO, to be in day-to-day charge of all 'business' operations at Amani, and to deputize fully for the Executive Director in case of absence.
